Lionel Richie is coming back to Northern Ireland next year to put on a huge show. The famous American singer-songwriter will start his European headline tour, called ‘Say Hello To The Hits’, at The SSE Arena in Belfast on Saturday, May 31, 2025. After that, he will perform at 3Arena in Dublin on Sunday, June 1.
The tour promises a brand new production that has never been seen before in the UK and Europe. Lionel Richie, who has won Grammy Awards, Oscars, and Golden Globes, has sold over 125 million records worldwide. With hits like ‘Hello’, ‘All Night Long’, ‘Say You Say Me’, ‘We Are The World’, and ‘Easy’, he has become a music legend over the years.
Known for his incredible showmanship and ability to connect with audiences of all ages, Richie’s performances are a blend of nostalgia and high energy. His performance at Glastonbury in 2015 drew the festival’s largest crowd of the year, solidifying his status as a legendary live performer.
The ‘Say Hello To The Hits’ tour will be a special tribute to Richie’s lasting impact as a songwriter, entertainer, and cultural icon. In 2023, he got fans dancing and singing along at the Belsonic music festival in Ormeau Park. Tickets for his upcoming show will be available to the public starting at 10am on Friday, October 25 through Ticketmaster.ie.
