This weekend, Belfast city centre will experience road closures due to Christmas events, as advised by the police. Bus lane closures will start at 3am on Saturday, November 16, with traffic restrictions in place from 5am to 10am. The affected areas will reopen, but from 4.30pm to 8.30pm, the following locations will be fully closed off: Royal Avenue, Donegall Place, High Street, Castle Lane, Callender Street, and Castle Place. Additionally, disabled parking on Castle Place and parking on Donegall Place will be suspended. From 5.30pm to 8.30pm, Wellington Place, Donegall Square North, and Donegall Square South will also be fully closed. On Sunday, November 17, Donegall Square North and Donegall Square West will be closed from 2am to 5am.
